(1) The chief justice and judges will receive an amount equal to one month's salary earned by them for festivals celebrated according to their religion, culture and tradition every year as festival expenses.

(2) The amount as per sub-section (1) may be paid once in a financial year by the chief justice and the judge on the occasion of the main festival celebrated according to their religion, culture and tradition.
