Rule 63
Festival Expenses
: (1) The armed police personnel will get an amount equal to one month's salary for the main festivals celebrated according to their religion, culture and tradition every year as festival expenses.
(2) Within two months of the appointment, the armed police personnel shall submit an application to the relevant office to reveal the main festival and the likely month of the festival. After submitting such an application, such armed police personnel will not be allowed to claim expenses for another festival during their service period.
(3) An amount equal to one month's pension will be given as festival expenses to the armed police personnel who have retired from the armed police service in order to receive pension.
(4) Armed police personnel who have taken unpaid study leave will not be given festival expenses during the period of such leave.
