Section 68
Can give warning
If an employee does not follow the office hours, if he does not obey the orders given by his superior in matters related to government work, or if he is negligent or late in the work according to the responsibility assigned to him, the relevant supervisor may issue a warning to such employee and the record of the same shall be kept in the personal records of the employee Details should be kept on file.
