: (1) The manufacturer shall display at least seventy-five percent of the total outer part of the packaging and label of the tobacco products butt, wrappers, packets and parcels as prescribed by the Ministry of Health, warning messages and tobacco products. The dangerous, colorful picture of the effects of consumption should be printed and engraved in Nepali language so that it can be clearly understood and seen.
(2) The Ministry may add warning messages and signs as per sub-section (1) from time to time.
(3) The importer shall not be allowed to import tobacco products that do not meet the criteria as per sub-section (1).
