16. Selection

(1) If any person, institution or agency complains that the performance of the executive head of a public institution is not satisfactory or has bad conduct or does not follow the official responsibilities honestly, or if the board receives information about any matter, the board shall select such executive head.

(2) If the recommendation under sub-section (1) is received, the Government of Nepal may suspend, relieve or warn such executive head according to the recommendation.
