If the candidate selected for the interview submits an application along with proof that he is unable to appear for the interview within ten days from the date of completion of the interview for the following reasons, and if he is found to be mentally ill during the examination, the Commission may interview such exempted candidate within fifteen days from the date of the interview:
(a) In case of fate,
(b) If unable to attend on account of Government work,
(c) If Kiriya has to stay,
(d) In case of delivery,
(e) If it is proved by the doctor that the patient is disabled. Explanation: Fate means flood, road closure etc.
