(1) The amount received by the local level according to rule 10 must be deposited in a separate account in a commercial bank in the name of the local gender violence prevention fund.
(2) The operation of the account as per sub-rule (1) shall be done by the joint signature of the chief administrative officer and the chief employee working in the accounts.
