Rule 4
To check land surveying
:
(1) According to sub-section (5) of Section 6 of the Act, after the publication of the notice in accordance with Rule 3, on the day fixed for land surveying, the land owner or owner of the respective land shall send himself or his representative with the proof of his right to attend the surveying team's place and attend the concerned municipality or village development. The representatives of the committee and the Sandhiyars must mark the boundaries of each piece of land.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) after ascertaining the boundary and marking the boundary, after checking the measurement of the land and measuring one map seat under any one ward, after the completion of the map work, the surveying team shall publish a seven-day notice as per schedule-2.
(3) If no one's claim is filed within the time limit of the notice published as per sub-rule (2), the surveyor team shall register the land in the regional book in the format as per Schedule-3, including the evidence of the right of the land owner or Mohi and the existing land.
(4) On the ground floor or the upper floors or on the same floor, when measuring and registering in the regional register according to sub-rule (3), such separately owned real estate shall be registered in the format as per Schedule-4.
