Conducting a guided land development program for investment, 10.1.2 Unifying the different parcels of land in a part of the planning area and arranging service facilities on that land in accordance with the physical development plan and the expenses incurred in arranging such service facilities. 10.1.3 Land pooling (Liond Pooling) program by arranging for the sale and return of the remaining developed land to the owners or buyers on a proportional basis, 10.1.3. Conducting sites and services (sites and services) program by arranging facilities and preparing sites and distributing sales, 10.1.4 The land that has been consolidated or acquired by a landowner for the purpose of conducting the land development program in accordance with the sub-sections above is determined according to the land development program. If the area of ​​the minimum unit is less than the area of ​​the minimum unit, one minimum unit will be provided at the expense of the land owner.
