21.1 If any person does the work regulated, controlled or prohibited by the Authority under Section 8 without the prior approval of the Authority or if the Authority imposes any condition while granting approval, the Authority shall fine such person up to fifty thousand rupees. can 21.2 If anyone obstructs the work done or about to be done by the Authority in accordance with this Act or the regulations made under this Act, the Authority may fine such person up to five thousand rupees. 21.3 If any person acts against the order or instructions given by the Authority in accordance with this Act, the Authority may fine such person up to twenty five thousand rupees. 21.4 If anyone commits any other act contrary to this Act or the regulations made under this Act, the authority may fine such person up to one thousand rupees.
