Rule 9
Extraction and revision of land area plan
:
(1) According to clause (1) of section 4 of the Act, the area of the land which has been measured will be drawn out and maintained in the format as per Schedule-7.
(2) In relation to the area established according to sub-rule (1), if there is an application from someone or if there is an increase or decrease, the concerned surveyor shall make necessary checks and correct the area and inform the concerned land owner as well.
