(1) For the purpose of works mentioned in section 4 of the act for land and watershed protection in the protected watershed area, the land within the protected watershed area taken out by the first amendment. The watershed protection officer shall classify the boundary, area and the works to be done on such land.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), while classifying the land within the protected watershed area, the watershed protection officer shall consult the committee.
(3) According to this rule, the watershed protection officer shall submit the classified notice of the land in the form of schedule-1 to the office of the village development committee or municipality and district development committee and send a copy of such notice to the department. will fall
