1) According to Rule 7, after the compensation of the privately owned land has been paid, the Watershed Protection Officer shall refer the concerned land owner to accept the paid compensation. (2) After the notice as per sub-rule (1) is given to the land owner, the land will be transferred to the ownership of the Government of Nepal.
