(1) According to this paragraph, the chief should give a notice to the land owner of the land for which the Moth Jambandi has been prepared, and if he is a safe farmer, to come and collect the portion of the land that he is entitled to.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the correct seal of the person appearing in the notification should be made in the place where his name is written, and the numbered copy of the land should be given to the landowner and the copy of the rights of the protected farmer to the protected farmer in the form as per the format.
(3) The format of the supply shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
