(1) In this regulation unless the subject or the context requires otherwise-
(a) "Act" means the Trade Abolition Act, 1016.
(b) "Boss" means the boss of the local mall.
(c) "Person who earns land" means a person who has acquired land or is registered as a land owner in the regional book, or if such a person has died, according to the prevailing Nepalese laws, his immediate right or the person who has received land has given his written permission to acquire land. .
(2) Words and phrases used but not defined in this regulation shall have the meaning as written in the Act and considering this regulation to be the same as the Nepal Act, the Nepal Law Interpretation Act shall apply when interpreting this regulation.
