Rule 6
Type
(1) If a person is unable to disclose the type of land in his land register, he should write in his statement that he is unable to disclose the type. In the case that the type of raker is not opened, the Hakim will establish the type of raker land in such a way that it matches with the property on the majority of the land in the same manner as determined by the examination later.
(2) When determining the type of land to be sold and raising the tax, the Hakim shall-
(a) If any former commercial land has been divided with or without survey, the same shall be maintained.
(b) In the case of Pota Virta land, it will be done as follows:
(1) Ne of Ropani Ek.Rs. .48 Forty-eight paise or more, Aval
(2) Ropani Ek's Ne.Rs. .48 less than forty-eight paisa (3) Ropani Ek's Ne.Rs. .32 Less than thirty two paisa (4) Chahar (c) to those who have paid less than 24.24 rupees per plantation, in the land excepted from what is written in clause (a) or (b), shall be maintained in the same way as the land of Antha Raker. However, when there is a decision to inspect the land of Antha according to clause (c), the boss will maintain the type written in the statement in accordance with that decision and raise the fee.
