(1) The related company shall bear the expenses incurred by the office in conducting the examination in accordance with this paragraph. However, if any director, managing director, manager, or official of the company is found to have committed bad faith, cheating, forgery, or fraud during the investigation, such director, managing director, manager, or official shall pay the cost of the investigation within seven days of the completion of the investigation.
(2) In accordance with the restrictive phrase of sub-section (1), if the relevant director, managing director, manager, employee or person does not pay the cost of the investigation, it will be charged as government debt.
(3) The inspector appointed in accordance with this paragraph may submit suggestions in his report regarding the payment of expenses.
