If any person receives oral or written notice from the Government of Nepal or an authorized person from a bank that any person has violated this Act or has done any work contrary to the rules, regulations, orders, notices or instructions under this Act, the official A lawyer or an officer authorized in this regard by the Government of Nepal will investigate the matter and if it is determined that a person has committed such a violation or contrary act during the investigation, a case will be prosecuted against him.
