Section 139
To be informed

(1) The owner of the vehicle must provide any information requested by the authorized officer, traffic inspector or the police regarding any vehicle.
(2) If the information under sub-section (1) is related to a public vehicle or its driver, operator, security personnel or any employee working in such vehicle, the owner or manager of such public vehicle shall provide the requested information to the authorized officer or traffic inspector or the police as soon as possible.
