Rule 85
Information to be given
: (1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this regulation, a cooperative organization under the regulatory jurisdiction of a federation or a state shall provide information to the state or local level when operating an office, service center or other means at the state or local level. (2) Details of cooperative organizations as per sub-rule (1) shall be sent by the concerned local level to the province and by the province to the department.
