Rule 20
Dissolution of District Education Committee
The Government of Nepal may dissolve the District Education Committee in the following cases:-
(a) If any act is done against the interest of the school,
(b) in case of misuse of the rights conferred by the Act and these Regulations, or
(c) If any action is taken contrary to the Act and this regulation. However, the district education committee will not be deprived of the opportunity to present its explanation before disbanding.
