Rule 29
Maintaining seniority
: (1) When maintaining the seniority of the armed police personnel, they will be given a permanent identification (ID) number based on the marks obtained in the basic training of the armed police. But in the case of trainee armed police personnel, the trainee number will be maintained based on the merit order recommended for appointment.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), in the case of a candidate who is included in the basic training and has not completed the training for any reason, the seniority order will be maintained in the last order of the group in which he was appointed.
(3) In the case of promoted armed police personnel, the order of seniority will be maintained according to the order of recommendation for the respective promotion.
(4) If an armed police officer who has been selected and appointed through an open competition and has not participated in the basic training of the armed police for special reasons, participates in the next training and succeeds in the training, his seniority will be gradually maintained behind other armed police personnel who have been selected and completed the basic training of the armed police. br> (5) In the case of armed police personnel who have been reinstated in the armed police service and whose initial decision has been revoked due to reduction to a lower position, seniority will be maintained from the date of reinstatement or the initial decision is revoked.
(6) In the case of an armed police officer demoted to a lower rank, the seniority of that post will be maintained from the date of demoting.
