Rule 72
Evaluation of seniority
Employees will be given points for seniority, up to sixteen points at the rate of two for each year of work at the current level, and up to four points at the rate of half a point for positions below 1 level, and a maximum of twenty points will be given. But,
(1) When calculating points for seniority, points will be given in terms of Damasahi for more than one year, every month or day.
(2) For the purpose of this clause, no credit shall be given for the period of absence or absence on extraordinary leave.
