(1) A person who wants to work as a travel or trekking agency must obtain a license in accordance with this Act.
(2) A person who wants to get a license for a travel or trekking agency should submit an application to the Government of Nepal after opening the details as prescribed.
(3) After receiving the application as per sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal will issue the license as prescribed after taking the prescribed fee and finding the applicant capable of working as a travel or trekking agency after conducting the necessary investigation.
(4) The license issued in accordance with sub-section (3) shall be renewed within the specified period by paying the specified fee.
