(1) If the committee decides to give any training or engage in any other legislative-parliamentary or government work to an employee who has been promoted or newly appointed to a post before being reinstated to the current post, the salary (excluding local allowance) according to the promoted or newly appointed post will be given for that period. .
(2) The increase in salary as per sub-section (2) of section 40 of the Act shall be an amount equal to one day's salary of the starting salary scale of each employee.
