Rule 50
Keeping on hold
If the petitioner making an application under sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Act has passed the date, such application shall be kept on hold after the expiry of the period allowed by law. However, under clause (1) of Article 144 of the Constitution of Nepal, in any dispute involving the question of public rights or concern, even if the petitioner is not present on the date, action can be taken according to law.
