Rule 82
Remand
Except as mentioned elsewhere in this regulation, the case shall be remanded in the following cases:-
(a) Except in the case mentioned in rule 56, if the period of limitation for which the writ petitioner has passed the date has elapsed,
(b) If the period of limitation within which the petitioner has made an application for reconsideration or for leave to appeal has expired,
(c) In accordance with sub-rule (4) of rule 60, if the period of limitation elapses without filing an appeal, (d) If the petition is not registered as an appeal after the court has issued an order granting permission to review the case, permission to review the case, or permission to appeal, if the limitation period has passed and the petitioner has passed the deadline, (E)    If the deadline notice is not served on the respondent at the address mentioned in the writ petition, and if the deadline notice is returned, even when the address is served and the deadline notice is sent again with the help of the party, the domicile is not found.
