Section 82
Tarikh Kitab and Tarikh Compensatory
(1) The court shall keep a separate date book for each part of the case in the format as per schedule-33 or as per the requirement.
(2) In the date book set up according to sub-section (1), for which purpose the date has been fixed, the relevant employee shall stamp it and the parties present in the case shall stamp the date as per Schedule-34 and keep it attached.
(3) If any party does not appear in the court on the date specified in accordance with sub-section (2), the relevant employee shall duly stamp the date.
(4) Notwithstanding anything else written in this section, the Government of Nepal shall not be bound by the date of the case in which the Government of Nepal is the plaintiff.
