(1) If the plaintiff does not appear on the day of the specified date for any part of the case, the court shall set another date by taking into account the limitation period of sub-section (1) of section 85.
(2) If the parties to the case appear on or before the next date specified in accordance with sub-section (1) and show any good reason for not being able to appear on the previous date due to circumstances beyond their control, the court shall adjourn the date of the case in accordance with the law. It will have to be edged.
(3) Even if the parties to the case do not appear in the court on the next date specified in accordance with sub-section (1), if the court finds or finds that the defendant has accepted the claim of the plaintiff in whole or in part from the evidence including the missile, then justice shall be done to such extent and if it is not accepted or not accepted, to such extent The case should be dismissed. But in the case where the plaintiff is present and the defendant is not present, the plaintiff must consider the evidence of the defendant and decide the case accordingly.
(4) Even if the accused or the defendant is not present in the court on the specified date after the statement or reply has been given to the court in accordance with this code, the court may proceed and dispose of the case in accordance with the law.
