The court may do the work to be done on the court of any party of the case even if that party is not present on the specified date.
(2) If the specified work is not completed on the specified date, an order should be made to set another date for that work. If one or both of the parties to the case are absent on the appointed date, within fifteen days thereafter, if such party appears in the court and there is a reasonable reason for his/her inability to appear, the court may include him/her in the remaining proceedings of the case without passing the date.
(3) If a date is fixed for any work to be done by the party to the case, the party who is not present on that date shall not be allowed to make a request or request that the work be done later. But if such a party submits an application showing any reasonable cause to the satisfaction of the court, the court may fix another date for that work.
