(1) The court may do the work to be done in the presence of the party on the date specified in accordance with Rule 10, even if such party is not present.
(2) If the specified work is not done on the day specified in accordance with rule 10, the registrar shall issue an order to set another date for that work.
(3) If a date has been fixed for any work to be done by the party to the case, the party who is not present on that date shall not be allowed to make an application or request that such work be done at a later date. However, if such a party makes an application to fix the date according to Rule 12 and show any reasonable cause to the court's satisfaction, the court may fix another date for that work.
