(1) If the appellant or the respondent does not want to stay on the date for the proceedings of the appeal, the appellant or the respondent can file an application for the same in the court.
(2) In the case of an application under sub-section (1), the court may postpone the date of the appellant or respondent by providing a document to appear at the time of search. However, the appellant or the respondent who is not present on the date may appear on the appointed date for the hearing of the appeal if he wishes.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, if the court deems that something should be discussed or any evidence should be filed during the hearing of the appeal, the appellant or the respondent may be kept on the date of adjournment.
