Rule 9

In the proceedings of the appeal, the appellant has been summoned according to Rule 8.
(2) If the date is set in accordance with sub-rule (1), even if the date breaks in between, the action or decision of the appeal will not be adversely affected due to the break in the date. After the end of the appeal, the appellant who was not present on the date should be informed of the decision.
(3) If the party sitting on the date according to sub-rule (1) submits an application with reasons for not being able to sit on the date, the court may allow such party not to sit on the date.
