Rule 14
Tarekh giving arrangement
(1) When assigning a date to the defendant, the details of the work to be done on that specified date must be disclosed in the date sheet and the date sheet.
(2) Even if the defendant of the case does not appear at the time specified in the date, there will be no obstacle to the action to be taken in the case.
