Section 106
The witness must be understood on the appointed day
(1) The court shall make the statement of all the witnesses present on the day of the appointed date for the hearing of the witness, and if it is not possible to make the statement of all the witnesses present on that day due to lack of time, then the statement shall be made on the next day when the court opens.
(2) A witness who is present to testify as per sub-section (1) before testifying, shall declare that he will only express the truth and take an oath in the format as per Schedule-37 in such a way that others can hear it and such oath shall be attached to the relevant missile.
(3) The statement made by the witness shall be recorded in the format as per Schedule-38.
