Additional claims can be taken
After a case has been filed in the court, if it is necessary to take a claim against the accused other than the accused who has already been filed, or if it is found that additional charges should be filed against the person who has been filed and the accused has been established, the reason for that should be disclosed. The public prosecutor can file a case by taking additional claims even in the case of other additional accused.
