(1) A Chief Justice or a judge who has spent three years without taking any leave other than holiday leave, festival leave and sick leave, when he goes to his home on his home leave and when he returns from home, according to this Act, the daily and They will get daily and visiting allowance at the rate of half of the visiting allowance.
