(1) Section 45A. If a person engaged in tourism business violates this Act or the rules made under this Act or the instructions or orders given by the Government of Nepal, the designated authority may fine such person up to twenty thousand rupees.
(2) Any tourist without taking permission in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act, Section 45B. If any tourism-related activity specified in the Act or if a tourist who has such a permit violates this Act or the rules made under this Act, the designated officer may fine him up to ten thousand rupees.
(3) A person who is aggrieved by the order given by the authority specified in subsection (1) and (2) may file a complaint with the Government of Nepal within thirty-five days and the decision given by the Government of Nepal shall be final.
