(1) A person who engages in nursing business in violation of section 20 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and a fine which may extend to thirty thousand rupees.

(2) Except as mentioned in sub-section (1), this Act Or a person who does any work in violation of the rules made under this Act will be fined up to two thousand rupees.
