(1) The Government of Nepal may appoint or appoint a person who has been involved in the nursing business for at least five years with at least a bachelor's degree in nursing to carry out the daily administrative work of the council.

( 2) The registrar will work as the secretary of the council.

(3) The services, conditions and facilities of the registrar will be as specified.

(4) In the absence of the registrar, the Government of Nepal shall appoint other members of the council Any authorized level employee will be appointed.
