(1) Every owner of every private firm opened without registration according to this Act shall be fined from Rs.5.-5 to Rs.50.-fifty according to the authority of the concerned department and if the same offense is committed again up to 3 times, the initial fine shall be repeated. Additional Rs. 10.- There will be ten fines. If he does that for the fourth time, there will never be a registry in his name.
(2) A person who files a false statement while making an application under section 4 will be fined from Rs.25.-twenty-five to Rs.50.-fifty according to the instructions of the concerned department.
(3) A private firm that does not give the information required to be given according to section 6 within the specified period or gives a false information will be fined from Rs.25. (4) The Government of Nepal may, by notified order, prohibit any private firm not registered or renewed as per this Act and any bank dealing with such firm from carrying out any export/import.
(5) A person who is not satisfied with the punishment imposed by the concerned department under this section may appeal to the High Court.
