(1) Knowingly or maliciously showing false facts or suppressing the truth in the particulars, accounts, reports or any other document required to be kept, made or submitted in accordance with this Act or the regulations made under this Act. A person who makes a difference or engages in such matters shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 3 years or with a fine which may extend to three thousand rupees or with both. If he causes damage to the company by talking about any other work, he will be imprisoned for up to 1 year or fined up to one thousand rupees. If he obstructs the work or if he does not provide the necessary document explanation or information requested by him without any valid reason, he will be fined up to one thousand rupees. Also, the people who committed that crime will be charged according to Damasahi.
