In this Act –

(a) “Institution” means an institution established under section 3.

(b) in relation to an institution, “Managing Committee” or "Administrator" means the "Managing Committee" or "Administrator" of that institute.

(c) "Related Department" means the concerned department of the Government of Nepal or any other department designated by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette or The officer should remember.
