(1) If any candidate is proven to have given false information or violates the dignity of the examination or engages in such acts, the Commission may cancel the application of such candidate.
(2) If any candidate recommended for appointment by the Commission is unable to receive the appointment, if there is any evidential reason why he cannot be recommended, the Commission may cancel the recommendation of such candidate.
(3) If it comes to know that a candidate has given false information after the candidate has been appointed to the recommended post, the Commission shall send a written notice to the concerned authority for departmental action against him.
