Rule 104
Inspection of Register Book
(1) No person other than the judge, chief registrar or the concerned registrar or sub-registrar shall be allowed to inspect any register book of the court without the written order of the registrar and the officer who keeps the register book.
(2) No person other than the Chief Justice and the Chief Registrar shall be allowed to inspect the secret register book relating to the administration of the Court.
