(1) The name of a registered veterinarian shall not be removed from the register except in the following cases:-
(a) Brain damage,
(b) Convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge of moral turpitude,
(c) Unable to pay the debt of the moneylender, falling into debt,
(d) A two-thirds majority of the council passed a resolution stating that the code of conduct was not followed.
(2) If a veterinarian whose name has been removed from the registration book under the circumstances of clause (a), (c) and (d) of sub-section (1) submits an application for re-registration and the council deems it necessary to re-register his name, two of the council The decision of one-third majority can give an order to register names.
(3) If there is an order according to sub-section (2), the registrar shall take the prescribed fee and re-register the name of such veterinarian in the registration book and issue a certificate.
