(1) The Council may order the removal of the name of a registered nursing practitioner from the register in any of the following cases:-

(a) mental impairment,

(b) having been convicted by a court of law on criminal charges of moral turpitude; It has been decided by a two-thirds majority of the council that they have not. If the application is submitted, the Council may give an order to re-register his name if he sees fit.

(3) If an order is received according to sub-section (2), the registrar shall collect the fee as prescribed and re-register the name of such nursing practitioner in the registration book and issue a certificate.
