The committee shall remove the names of health workers and health institutions from the register book as per section 7:-
(a) If the committee receives information that he is not able to do health service work according to the prevailing law,
(b) If he does not pay the duty as per sub-section (2) of section 8,
(c) If he applies to the committee to have his name removed from the register,
(d) If the registration of health workers or health institutions is canceled according to the prevailing law.
