(1) Nursing practitioners who have obtained the minimum qualification as prescribed, who wish to do nursing business, shall submit an application to the council as prescribed in order to register their name in the registration book subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act.

(2) The nursing professionals who are doing nursing business at the time of commencement of this Act shall submit an application in accordance with sub-section (1) within 6 months from the date of commencement of this Act to register their name in the register book.

(3) Sub-section ( A nursing practitioner who applies for registration according to 1) or (2) must attach a certificate of qualification and other documents and documents as specified with the application.
