(1) Health professionals who wish to practice health profession who have obtained the minimum qualifications as prescribed shall submit an application to the council as prescribed in order to register their name in the registration book subject to this Act and the rules made under this Act.

(2) The health professionals who are doing health business at the time of commencement of this Act shall submit an application in accordance with sub-section (1) within 6 months from the date of commencement of this Act to register their name in the register book.

(3) ) Health professionals who apply for registration according to sub-section (1) or (2) must attach their qualification certificate, letter of recommendation, degree and prescribed fee with the application.
